Colors, shapes, movement speak to me in streams of feeling. I can't always identify the feeling until I put it on the canvas.

The brush and color work together to give identity to the undefined.

This piece may still be in progress - I have yet to make the decision that it is finished. It was mean to hold more of a scene but as I explored what I felt, this was a good spot to stop and soak it in. This took courage as it was not the original intention. Courage to follow my feelings. This painting is lightness and darkness and hope and smallness and significance.
